For any other returns, we are happy to exchange or offer a store credit within 10 business days of the purchase.
For online orders, the package must be postmarked within 10 days of your purchase for store credit only. Exchanges must be made in store.
Exchanges are subject to availability at the time we receive your return. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a store credit.
Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unaltered and have the tags attached.
Sale items, personalized items, jewelry, intmates and art are final sale.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items bought in store must be returned in store. Items bought online can be returned in store or online. For online returns, please fill out our return order form and place it in your package along with your receipt.
Please allow 10 business days to process online returns. We are not responsible for return shipping cost or any items lost during return transit.
We ship for a flat rate of $6 to 48 contiguous states, including PO boxes. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for your shipping rate.
If you need your order expedited or overnighted, please contact us for your rate. Expedited and Overnight orders must be placed before 12 p.m. CT Monday through Friday.
We ship orders Monday - Friday except holidays. If you place your order before 12 p.m. Monday - Friday, it will go out the same day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. will go out the following business day.
